Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, including personalised, customised, or specially made-to-order items.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Products
 
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds
 
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or issue attributable to Gli Argenti Living.
 
Return Shipping
 
For approved returns due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer. Where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, Gli Argenti Living will determine the appropriate return arrangement.
